I can happily report that the house has been both amazingly useful and unique. It has performed beyond even what we imagined. Feedback from others has been universally positive, while boats frequently slow down to view our house from shore. Mr. Gomez was an absolute pleasure to work with and his vision and creativity helped us achieve a true gem of a home.
As District Manager for Waste Management Creek Landfill in New Braunfels, Tx., I was responsible for overseeing the design and construction of a new office building at the facility. Craig Massouh and Ricardo Gomez worked closely with me to develop a design that not only exceeded my conceptual idea, but took my original concept to a level beyond my expectations in both form and function. One fact that made the biggest difference from my perspective is that they listened carefully to my ideas. They allowed me to work with them as a team member which in turn reduced the turn- around time for design reviews and ensured that specific functional requirements of the building were not overlooked. Unique to this project was also my insistence on including some owner-supplied recycled materials for interior finish surfaces. CgM embraced this requirement and incorporated the materials in a most appropriate manner. The recycled finishes are standout elements of the completed project. The overall experience of working with CgM and Associates while enjoyable, was also completely successful and resulted in me and my company getting an end product that is aesthetically impressive and completely functional. In summary, I highly recommend CgM and Associates to anyone seeking creative and imaginative architectural design services.
CgM and Associates, Architects have done several projects at Port San Antonio for me. They have always performed their roles in a professional and timely manner. They listen to our needs and have been able to make our needs become a reality both in quality and the budget constraints we have given them.
Family Violence Prevention Services, Inc. entrusted CgM & Associates with the planning, development and execution of our Harvey Najim Children’s Center. Craig Massouh was selected among some of the largest and better known firms of architects, including local representatives as well as firms from the Houston and Austin areas. Their attention to our desires, timeliness, their ability to conceptualize our needs, and their unlimited involvement in all aspects of the project have made the construction process accessible and working relationship an enjoyable one. Our outstanding experience of these architects’ professionalism and delivery has prompted us to begin discussions with them about a second, larger project.
We have had many positive comments from patients and physicians with the two office buildings which are now joined by the beautiful atrium of your design. Everything we hoped to accomplish in the project seems to have been met by the design and construction of the project. It was a pleasure working with you and your team! George N. STEC chose CgM Associates to assist in the construction of an approximately $1.7 million office facility in Pearsall, Tx. The STEC staff was so pleased with the work of Mr. Craig Massouh and Mr. Ricardo Gomez on this project that they were awarded the architectural design on a similarly sized project for STEC in Donna, Tx. CgM embraced our desire to construct a facility utilizing “green” materials and techniques, without sacrificing functionality. The resulting Pearsall facility was both an economically justified and an aesthetically pleasing building, confirming our confidence in CgM & Associates. I would personally recommend CgM Associates to anyone looking for a competent, imaginative, and conscientious architectural design team.
I am writing to express our genuine satisfaction with the final design of our lake house and the process involved in getting to the finished product. When we first were interviewing architects, we were not sure whom to go with until I met you on the lot…
